DOT MEDICAL CARDS - Offered in Convenient Locations
What is a DOT Physical?
A DOT Physical is a health examination required by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) for commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers. A DOT physical helps to determine whether a driver is physically, mentally and emotionally fit to operate a Commercial Vehicle.
A commercial driver is considered "safety-sensitive" and for that reason, the FMCSA requires a DOT Medical Card in order to maintain a valid commercial driver's license.
